    At KAiND, we are a small and growing company, and every pair of shoes is carefully handled to ensure quality, hygiene, and fairness for all our customers. As we continue to grow, we truly appreciate your understanding and support.


    Returns & Refunds

    At this stage of our journey, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. All purchases are considered final.

    As a startup brand, this helps us:

    • Maintain strict hygiene standards for children’s footwear
    • Manage operations responsibly
    • Keep our pricing fair and accessible

    We hope to introduce more flexible options as the brand grows.


    Size Exchanges (Available)

    We are happy to offer free size exchanges if within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability on the same model.

    To be eligible for an exchange:

    • Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • Shoes may be tried on indoors only, on a clean surface, to assess fit
    • No signs of outdoor wear, damage, or washing
    • Original packaging must be intact
    • Proof of purchase is required

    All items are inspected upon return. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the above conditions are not met.


    Sizing Information

    Fit may vary slightly between styles. If your child is between sizes, has wider feet, or you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing one size up.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
